Bio

Sydney Marshall’s role within University Museums focuses on the Art on Campus Collection, one of the largest collections of public art on an American university campus. This involves the care and maintenance of the collection, large scale project management of conservation, and the leading of committees to commission new public art projects. Her role also includes the curation of the Anderson Sculpture Garden, managing the plantings and temporary exhibitions within this space.

Before this role, Marshall attended graduate school at the University of Colorado Boulder studying Museum Education and the role of student co-creation in museum programming.

Marshall welcomes a collaborative approach to public art and education, and encourages those interested in educating with museum collections to reach out.
